ELECTRICAL CONTACTS AND CONTACT MATERIALS

  • Precious Metals Contacts - contacts may have different sizes and shapes according to customer specifications. Made of silver, gold, platinum, palladium, iridium, and their alloys;
  • Bimetal Contact Rivet - made of copper or nickel, the working layer is coated with precious metal or an alloy according to customer specifications;
  • Commutating Electrical Contacts - made by a method of three-phase sintering. Designed for use in electrical switching devices to make and break electrical circuits voltage up to 1000V;
  • Contacts made by oxidative annealing - the mass fraction of silver is 91,3 - 99,4%.

PRECIOUS METALS WIRE

Silver, Golden, Platinum, Palladium, Rhodium, Iridium Wire - the chemical composition of the materials used in manufacturing and diameter according to customer specifications. According to material condition wire can be hard (work-hardened) or soft (annealed).

PRECIOUS METALS FOIL, STRIP, TAPE

Flat-Rolled Products made of precious metal, their alloys or may be bimetallic.

  • Foil - flat semifinished product rectangular section. Thickness of 0.005 mm to 0.90 mm, manufactured by rolling, spraying or electroplating. According to material condition foil can be hard (work-hardened);
  • Strip - flat semifinished product rectangular section. Thickness of 0.004 mm to 1.2 mm, manufactured by rolling or electroplating. According to material condition foil can be hard (work-hardened) or soft (annealed). Supplied in rolls;
  • Tape - flat semifinished product rectangular section with a ratio of length to width not less than 5. Thickness of 0.10 mm to 10.0 mm, produced by rolling or cutting sheets and strips.

PRECIOUS METALS SOLDER

  • Regular Solders - produced using gold, silver, platinum and palladium. May be in the form of foil, wire, strips, bars, tape, sheets and pipes;
  • Vacuum-melted Solder - made of silver. May be in the form of foil, wire, strips and tape;
  • Solder Paste and Powders.

GOLDEN, SILVER, PALLADIUM, PLATINUM ANODES

  • Golden Anodes - made of alloy Au 99.99An. Thickness - 0,1-5,0 mm, width - 50-200 mm, length - 100-300 mm;
  • Silver Anodes - made of alloy Ag 99.99An. Thickness - 2,0-10,0 mm, width - 50-150 mm, length - 100-600 mm;
  • Platinum, Palladium, Iridium Anodes - can be made of various shapes, sizes and thickness of the cladding layer. Can be used different alloys of platinum, palladium and iridium according to customer specifications;
  • Bimetal Anodes - made of platinum and titanium.

PRECIOUS METAL CHEMICALS

There are more than 100 items of Precious Metals Chemicals. Chemical compounds of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium and osmium.

MONOCRYSTALLINE AND POLYCRYSTALLINE SILICON

We offer a full range of ingots and wafers of monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon with an electrical resistivity of 0,0001 - 100 000 ohm * cm. (High-resistance silicon has electrical resistivity of 10 000 - 100 000 ohm * cm.)

Silicon can be made by methods: Czochralski (CZ) or Float Zone (FZ).

The ingots and the plates may have the shape: cylindrical - 2 "to 8" (50.8 mm - 203.2 mm) or square - 6 "to 8" (152.4 mm - 203.2 mm).

Conductivity type: P (boron doped or neutron-doped) and N (doped with phosphorus, arsenic, antimony or neutron-doped).
